Soudanbako is a question-and-consultation web service where askers can attach tips to their posts. In the beta phase, we limited responder registration to influencers with over 10,000 followers and served more than 350 users. Beyond the web platform, we hosted three in-person events themed around "consultation," and a book compiling Q&A from Soudanbako users was published—delivering value both online and offline.
A book compiling Q&A by culinary researcher Shunsuke Inada, conducted on Soudanbako, has been published.
We hosted unique, in-person events where influencers gave face-to-face consultations. Attendees reported high satisfaction.
Q&A-style live streams—where creators answer questions from fans—are gaining popularity. Historically, the rare experiences and perspectives of influential people were shared one-to-many via books and mass media. With the rise of interactive Q&A, anyone can ask questions directly, increasing one-to-one communication opportunities. We built Soudanbako to make it easier for individuals—regardless of influence—to connect personally and seek advice from their favorite or trusted people.
