Frequently Asked Questions

The camera does not appear

Please check that camera access is allowed.

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera, then enable access for Pixel Camera.

Photos are not saved

Please allow Pixel Camera to add photos to your photo library.

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, then check the permission for Pixel Camera.

Where are captured photos saved?

Captured photos are saved to the Photos app on your device.

Does Pixel Camera upload photos?

No. Pixel Camera processes photos on your device and does not upload them to CAEN servers.

Is account registration required?

No. Pixel Camera can be used without login or account registration.
