Team "Fight Iizuka," led by Shogo Omori, CEO of CAEN Inc., presented as finalists in the Service Development Division at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government-hosted "Tokyo Governor's Cup Open Data Hackathon 2025 Final Stage" held on October 26, 2025.
The product we presented, "Mini Nakano City Simulator for the Employment Ice Age," is designed to assist with administrative challenges in Nakano City — particularly in supporting residents from the so-called "employment ice age" generation.
Using open data such as census data, it generates a group of approximately 100 personas, then leverages AI-based interviews, sentiment analysis, and attribute-based aggregation to support municipal policy planning and decision-making.
Going forward, we will collaborate with the organizing committee, municipalities including Nakano City, and external mentors, utilizing the implementation support program (bi-weekly mentoring, proof-of-concept and matching support, GovTech Tokyo support, etc.) to advance development toward real-world social implementation.
We are also working on further improvements and validation of the product in preparation for our presentation at Demo Day, scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026.
We will continue to take on the challenge of solving local issues through the use of open data and AI.
