Frequently Asked Questions

The camera does not appear

Please check that camera access is allowed.

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera, then enable access for BB Mini.

Video captures do not include audio

Please check that microphone access is allowed.

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone, then enable access for BB Mini.

Photos or videos are not saved

Please allow BB Mini to add items to your photo library.

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, then check the permission for BB Mini.

Where are captured photos, videos, and GIFs saved?

Saved items are stored in the Photos app on your device.

Does BB Mini upload photos or videos?

No. BB Mini processes photos and videos on your device and does not upload them to CAEN servers.

Is account registration required?

No. BB Mini can be used without login or account registration.
